Welcome To Fengdie! -- Packing & Shipping.

Packing:

1) All of our pans for make-up are after production immediately bulk packed and sealed in plastic bags in a way to avoid contact with foreign corps or dust and keep them free of any pollution or contamination.
2) Plastic bags are placed in test corrugated with double wall construction cartons.

Cartons sizes are: 37.5 x 24.5 x 17.2 cm or 40 x 26 x 25 cm

Cartons with components gross weight will not exceed 10 Kg for Europe and 12 Kg for USA and Japan .

Cartons are sealed with reinforced tape.

Pallets: dimensions are 120 x 90 x 15 cm

Cartons are stacked on 4- way pallet in crossed style to maintain stability and which allow for no overhang. Cartons are shrink wrapped and strapped to the skid.

Pallets could support 24/32/40/48 cartons but couldn't exceed 450 kg gross weight.

Plywood cases: are used in case of long ocean freight (oversea delivery) or truck in China and are customized according to each delivery in order to prevent any damage of products during handling, shipment and transportation.

Inside plywood case, dessicant bags are placed to absorb potential humidity and keep product safe of any corrosion. As pallets, plywood cases couldn't exceed 450kg gross weight.

Marks and Identification:

They allow a complete tracability from PO receipt to delivery.

On each outside carton wall will appear:

• Fengdie name and location which are printed

• Marks with all informations regarding PO (purchase Order): Client's Name, address…/ Fengdie ‘s informations/ Client's PO number/ Fengdie's manufacturing number / Client's code product number/ Fengdie's code product / Client's product name/ Fengdie's product name/ Quality control report number/ Carton number/ Pieces of product quantity/ Bar code.

On each outside wall of pallet or plywood case will appear:

• Client's Name,address…/Fengdie ‘s informations/ Client's PO number/ Fengdie's manufacturing number / Client's code product number/ Fengdie's code product / Client's product name/ Fengdie's product name/ Quality control report number/ Cartons number/ Pieces of product quantity per carton/ Total quantity of pieces/Date of manufacturing/ Bar code.

Shipping:

Fengdie ships worldwide by a lot of means (DHL, courier, truck, ocean freight and airfreight). You can use your own mean (carrier, forwarder…) we will adapt to your requirements. If you have no special needs we will use our own means. Our carriers can provide on line tracability of shipment and delivery.

Shipments informations are faxed or emailed to our customers and shipping documents include:

• Bill of Lading

• Invoice (Export Invoice and Commercial Invoice)

• Packing List

• Quality control Report

1 set of shipping documents are sent by courier or DHL to customer before products arrival date in order to allow and facilitate our client's preparation of customs clearance formalities.
