Fengdie policy is simple:

It means:

Respect of client's specifications with regards to forms, dimensions, fit, finish.

Use of top quality raw materials. We offer our pans in new and safe (for consumers and environment) raw materials as :

Galvanized steel (NF / EN 10327 -2004)
Aluminum (EN 541 )

Galvanized steel and Aluminum are covered by epoxyphenolic lacquers in gold and silver color that meet USA FDA § 175.300 (requirements for alimentary norms) and in accordance with the specification of CONEG (Coalition of North Eastern Governors) and European Instruction 94/62/EC (rules of heavy metals content).

Tin Plate (JIS G 3303 / EN 10203) with brilliant or light stone finish.

Utilization of SQC (Statistical Quality Control) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to prevent most of problems before they occur. Our main target is to provide to our customer a Quality Assurance set up on prevention of any problems or defects with regards to raw material, tools, products, packing, shipping and procedures and to get a complete traceability from the source of problem.

Calibration of all our measurements systems is under our QC Department responsibility. All measurements devices are controlled and calibrated by a qualified outside source for accuracy verification three times a year. Any device found defective is repaired or replaced. All measurements devices are each year replaced by new ones.

Defects Classification:

We apply the rules of AQL ( Acceptable Quality Level) based on:

      Critical defects
      Major A defects
      Major B defects
      Minor defects

Defective products, raw materials, packing materials:

Non conforming raw or packing materials or defective products are separated from production area in view to be destroyed and recycled.

Training:

All our production workers, technicians and engineers are well trained in detecting, analyzing any problem and in implementing solutions to correct immediately and avoid in the future such cases. This is to insure our customers that we always may serve them for their whole satisfaction.
